Affiliate Agreement
Your affiliate program prohibits you from sending unsolicited commercial e-mail ("spam") to promote Simple Golf.
If an affiliate of Simple Golf sends spam to promote our business, the recipients may believe that the message originated from us, damaging our reputation and causing us many administrative problems.
DO NOT send unsolicited e-mail to promote Simple Golf. If you do, you will be in violation of your affiliate agreement, and your account will be terminated, forfeiting all outstanding referral fees. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
However, all forms of PERMISSION-BASED e-mail marketing are acceptible ways to promote our products. You can safely include our promotions in the following types of e-mail messages:
- Personal messages to your customers and clients
- Messages to your own "lead" lists
- Newsletters or e-zines sent to your list of subscribers
- Autoresponder messages sent to people who contact you
We reserve the right to terminate this affiliate agreement for any conduct that we consider unprofessional and detrimental to SimpleSwing and Simple Golf LLC. If you violate any of the Clickbank affiliate policies you're relationship as an SympleSwing.com affiliate will be terminated.
